Through innovative partnerships and strategic engagement, the aviation industry is far greater than the sum of its parts. A key part of this success is understanding the important priorities of a collegiate aviation program and prospective partners in the aviation realm. Whether it's hiring, capstone project development, directed giving, or sponsorship, I approach each new opportunity with an end goal of mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties--students, industry, alumni, and academic program. This work has included development of several strategic documents for development and partnership, an example of which can be found below:

At Envoy, I was responsible for collegiate and flight school partnerships with 30+ aviation programs across the United States. These relationships included recruitment sponsorship of events, capstone sponsorship, and other opportunities for engagement.
